Our stay at Nordic Village had its highlights, such as the spacious accommodations and plenty of family-friendly amenities, but it was overshadowed by cleanliness issues and inconsistent service. While we loved the indoor pool and proximity to Story Land, the maintenance and upkeep left much to be desired, affecting our overall enjoyment.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious, featuring a full kitchen and a generous living space, but cleanliness was a major issue with dirty walls, big stains on the carpet, and a jacuzzi that had a film inside.

Service was somewhat mixed; while they promptly responded to inquiries, there were a couple of frustrating moments, including having to ask for more towels and dealing with a not-so-helpful staff member.

Our stay was quite enjoyable with lovely family-friendly amenities and stunning outdoor spaces. The accommodations were spacious, perfect for our family of four, and equipped with a kitchenette which was a great convenience. However, the service could be improved as we encountered a few issues with available towels and kitchen equipment. Overall, it was a memorable getaway in a beautiful setting, with great value for our money.

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for traveling with our two small kids. The layout felt really accommodating, although there was a strange scent that reminded us of maple syrup in the rug.
Service

While the upgrade to a loft condo was a pleasant surprise, the service at check-in could have been more attentive. We had to request additional towels due to an insufficient initial supply, and the kitchen was not as fully equipped as claimed.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Nordic Village, where the spacious suite comfortably accommodated us all. The amenities for families were fantastic, like the game room and pools. However, we faced some inconveniences with limited pool capacity during peak times, which was frustrating for the kids. Overall, I believe the value for our stay was quite good despite a couple of minor issues.

We had a mixed experience at the Nordic Village resort. The spacious condo was perfect for our family, especially with the well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the units left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the circumstances. While the location was convenient for skiing and outdoor activities, the excessive heat in our unit during our stay was uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax.

Our stay at the resort was mixed; while the spacious accommodations offered great value for our family of four and were conveniently close to attractions, we were disappointed by the noise from neighboring guests and some cleanliness issues. The amenities were family-friendly, but the outdated decor and kitchen were noticeable. Overall, it's a decent option if you're not too picky and just need a place for a short visit.
